Rainbow Connections is a mental health wellness and empowerment program for LGBTQ+ youth in rural New York.

Our mission is to provide mental health support, resources, and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ youth in our rural communities. 

We are inspired to make the RAINBOW CONNECTIONS that will help todays LGBTQ+ youth get the support they need.
